Added MMO elements.

Highlights: now you can see other players, and there are hangars and data link stations orbiting outer (custom) stars. There are also 77 ship engine profiles you can temporarily install in your ship from the hangars, and they're named and have unique stats.

x - F - limit custom star loading to top 25

x - F - make travel outside of campaign area drain light

x - F - make 0 light kill ship and return them to center

x - F - death from light drain resets your upgrades and set warp

x - F - make other players visible in space

x - F - add warp bridges in relation to stars that invert your location

x - F - add upload/download stations that let you upload your score and see leaderboards

x - F - make total score measured by current lightabsorbed

x - F - make hangar offer temporary ship profiles above the usual limit depending on location
