Autobalance and Game Feel!

Hey, everyone. 

Added screenshake to hits and an HP system activated when you turn on "autobalance" on the main menu. Autobalance changes the players' HP values based on wins and losses to keep things competitive, even between players of very different skill levels! I know, because I just played with someone for their first time and we had a blast.
